We ship all orders through United States Postal Service.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the day of payment for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders. Delivery time may vary with location.

Typically, there is a 1-3 day lag in processing during the holiday seasons due to the large amount of orders.

A&F is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. We do not reimburse  buyers for any packages that have been lost or stolen due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of A&F's control.
