For sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS

Exchange Policy: A&F may permit exchange within 5 days of delivery for special situations.

To qualify for possible exchange, ALL hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered with all tags and seals intact. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. This includes but is not limited to hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, brushed, dyed, bleached or conditioned.

In the case of exchange, The BUYER is responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST. A&F WILL NOT pay or reimburse buyers for any return shipping fees.
